SHIPPING DURATION
After Charmbiance processes your order, your package(s) will be shipped from Wisconsin via USPS Priority Mail and will usually arrive within 2 to 4 business days. Depending on the items that you ordered, Charmbiance has different processing times per item:
• Custom Hand-Painted Candle - up to 8 weeks to process.
• Naked Candle Jars - up to 2 weeks to process.
• Candle Jar Refills - up up 2 weeks to process after we receive your jar.
• Pillar candles - processed the same or next business day.
• Hand-Painted Candle jars that are noted "IN STOCK" - processed the same or next business day.
***If you order an item with next business day processing along with an item that has a 2 to 8 week processing, your order will be processed and shipped all together and the next day shipping won’t be honored. If you want your next business day item to be shipped immediately, you need to order it separately.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
Candles are sensitive to extreme hot and cold weather conditions. Customers should try NOT to leave their candle deliveries outside their door for a long period. Charmbiance will notify you when your package is shipped and issue a USPS tracking number for you to follow your package.
SALES TAX
5.1% sales tax will be applied to all items shipped within the state of Wisconsin.
RETURN POLICY
Charmbiance offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. We are sure that you’re going to love our unique aromARTherapy, but if for some reason you are not satisfied with our products simply return it within 10 days for a full refund. You will need to contact us for return instructions. If you received your product damaged, please notify us within 3 days of receiving the item, you must keep the original box and packing materials, and we will replace it at no cost to you.
